Distracted driving is a major problem in our state, and one of the things that you want to try to do is you want to try and get whatever cell phone data you can get early on in the process. And if you are able to get that data, then you can cause the insurance company to react, and hopefully get you a larger settlement. There are a number of examples where we have been able to prove that a driver was distracted, not only because maybe our driver or a third party witness saw the person looking at their cell phone, but because we had that little bit of information, we were able to go the extra mile and get cell phone records to prove that that person was, in fact, texting around that time that the wreck happened. That caused the insurance settlement to be larger.
