If I am not happy with the result of my personal injury case, can I sue again?
You have one shot. You have one shot to resolve your case or try your case. After you have agreed to resolve your case, the case is over. Whether you are satisfied with the result or not, and after you try your case, the case is over unless there is an appeal. But once the case is finalized, you cannot go back and refile your case time and time again to get a better result. You have one shot to settle it, one shot to try it, and that is why having a good attorney is important and having trust in that attorney is important, so that you feel good about what you have done at the end of the day.
