If I am not happy with the result of my personal injury case, can I sue again?

And after you try your case, the case is over unless there is an appeal. But once the case is finalized, you can’t go back and refile your case time and time again to get a better result. You have one shot to settle it, one shot to try it, and that’s why having a good attorney is important and having trust in that attorney is important, so that you feel good about what you’ve done at the end of the day.
