What are no-fault benefits?
Video Transcript
No-fault benefits, generally, in auto type cases, would be for example, MeedPay coverage. Medical payments coverage generally comes with every auto policy, which means that if I’m in an
accident and other person’s insurance company does not want to pay for out of pockets, co-pays, things like that, my insurance, through no-fault medical insurance, will pay for those co-pays, whether or not it’s your fault or not. Whether or not the other person caused the accident or not, the no-fault medical payments coverage will pay up, to a lot of times, a thousand dollars, two thousand, five thousand, ten thousand, and it will pay unpaid medical expenses, expenses that your health insurance company did not pay.
