We’ve handled a lot of medical malpractice cases over the years. We’ve had surgeries on the wrong leg. We’ve had MRIs that were mislabeled, resulting in surgeries that were not necessary. We’ve had cases where patients had been left in critical situations and care not rendered to them. They actually lost their lives. That happened to a 14-year-old girl, and we represented her family. So those are just examples of the types of medical negligence that we see. Those are some of the toughest cases we handle.
