If you have the accident report, that’s always very important. If you have photographs, either of your vehicle, or of your injuries, or of the scene, that’s very important. If there were any witnesses there that may not have been on the accident report, if you have their names and telephone numbers. Then of course, any medical information. A list of the doctors and hospitals that you’ve been to is also really helpful.
